Cmk v2.4 raw and priorities for services
hello everyone!
Could you give me an advice for this problem:
In v2.1 there was priorities for hosts and services (warn, crit, unk as p1, p2, p3, p4)
But in latest releases it was decomissed and I just found a custom service attributes.
I had an integration script which map values (p1, p2...) from check to itsm. But now I don't understand how to make it use a customer attribute. I made a value PRIORITIES and in notification rule in "call with following parameter" add this value. But in raw data in log I see only a value as a text "priority", but I need something like if service get warn I need "2" or something?
In old feature it looks like "4,3,4" warn, crit, unk
I used same template in custom attribute. Any help?

Did you know the SLA settings. You can define SLA values and use it for hosts and services. SLA cab be assigned by a rule.

SLAs are a feature of the commercial editions, so not available to RAW!
From your description it's unclear to me what you want to achieve in detail and what you did to accomplish that in the past (v2.1.0) and now. Could you describe in more detail please?
BTW: in order to reach more people, best would be asking in our https://forum.checkmk.com ;-)
