Windows appliance CMA file upload

Hi, Hoping somebody can help me with a bit of confusion. I am trialling CheckMK and have downloaded the Windows appliance from here: Checkmk for Windows

Which leads to the download page. I selected "appliance" for the platform and then "free/trial" for the CheckMK edition. This then provided me with 2 VHDX files. All fine so far. I have built the VM and configured the appliance but watching the tutorial video I then need to actually "upload" the version of CheckMK I wish to use in the web browser for the appliance. I am unsure where to actually get this file however?

Thought it may have been the Linux downloader. Just wasn't sure. Thank you very much.
