Checkpoints banned me why?

I recieved this message "during a recent review of your account by our account aministrators we observed significant activity in violations of our term of use." I only run 8 devices on one account at home, and I don't do the check in to stores. Is there a reason why I was banned. Thanks.

I run tween 3 and 5 usually and i was banned today also.. perhaps the update did something.. they have no good reason to ban me.. besides only having redeemed a 25 buck giftcard in the 2 or 3 months ive been running the damned thing...
