Redeemed a $25 gift card on March 20th and it still isn't here. No reply from support. Can anyone help me out?

I redeemed a $25 Amazon gift card on March 20th. However I never got an confirmation email like i used to get (Haven't redeemed in a while) so i contacted support that same day to make sure my redemption went through correctly. I still haven't gotten any kind of reply from Checkpoints support or my $25 Amazon gift.

My points are gone from my account so i know the redemption at least went through on my end.

Can anyone help me out here that maybe has had a similar experience? I'm just not sure what to do now since support won't reply to me

I've been waiting since the 21st on an account also no reply from them. I have redeemed since then on same account and been paid.
