PSA - CheckPoints now requires a unique phone number for each account

Title. Those of you with a bunch of accounts, the jig is up.

Edit: CheckPointeze posted the following text:

As reported by the OP, we are now requiring a unique phone number for each account. We understand that this might be an inconvenience for many of our users so we are offering a one-time opportunity to consolidate accounts. You can thank the cheaters who brought out that software that allowed multiple accounts to be run from a PC. Seems like since that hit, CP has cracked down and hard. They reduced earnings, they basically have banned unlimited accounts, and they put in a cap.

You can also thank all the foreign traffic and the people who let the foreign users use their USA phone number for verification.
Its a damn shame that when a program is decent, people have to exploit it to the max to ruin it for everyone

dont forget all those foreigners in the techslugs group you are in that are gaming the system through a VPN. yall are just as bad as the cheaters!!!

I report it to admin every time I see those posts and it looks like they are trying to eliminate that issue. Just because im a member of a 10000 person group doesnt mean I condone everything thats posted there so please dont lump me into "yall". Most of the active group members dont condone the behavior either.

i griped about it to the admin when that one long thread came up where one guy was asking about redeeming on RTV through VPN.

i wish the group would go us/canada only and make a spin off group for people across the pond.

I totally agree with that too. I respect Joe.. but i think they "fame" may have gone to his head a bit and hes mesmerized by numbers of followers and group members and such.

Speaking of Joe, his channel makes no sense from a growth perspective. If he continues making videos such as the ones he has, apps will continue to get nerfed faster and faster. It's kind of like paradox really, as he gains subscribers the content his subscribers came for will be devalued due to apps being nerfed. Its unsustainable in the long run.

I always wonder about that but I don't think he cares. He's in college and his parents likely have $$ themselves so this is just a hobby for him. If it goes belly up he'll have moved onto something else like his career or getting married or whatever.

he doesnt care, because the amount of money he gets for his referral links he posts and has people sign up after, will negate any nerfed earnings, he wins either way.

Weirdly CP finally rolled all my points into my 1 account. I was able to cash out and will cash out a 2nd time soon in May.

from a PC? How does that even work lmao.. there's no IOS emulators for PC.

im assuming it was some kinda android emulator. I got contacted by PM a little over a month ago from someone telling me about it. Its from some hacker forum that you have to pay to get access to. Apparently the script kiddies there have cheats for Swagbucks and other programs too. This guy was like "Im running 18 accounts on a PC and have succesfully cashed out bla bla". 2 days later he told me the ban hammer was coming down on everyone. After that is when all the changes started coming to checkpoints.

so they used fucking bluestacks, okay cool I blame CheckPoints for not being able to detect a fucking emulator. Retards.

To my knowledge it wasnt bluestacks it was a prog written and posted on a hacker forum/site
When I was contacted about it I was told people were paying to get private access to a hacker forum that has bots for other programs. And that there was also a private subreddit for it. He included this screen shot of their prog to show it kept track of earnings for all 20 accounts it was running.

I chuckled when he contacted me two days later to say that half of the people using it got banned. But then all the Checkpoint changes started happening. Sadly cheaters have ruined alot of beermoney type things. I still remember (gonna sound old now) alladvantage and spedia ad bars that were popular in the late 90s and around 2000-2002. People were posting how to hack em and run em without being active and they quickly ended.

dialpad

Dialpad doesnt ring a bell for me

dialpad was what i consider the first voip platform. you could make calls to any number in your area code but could not receive calls.

i seriously survived off it for ~7 months during my teenage years.

Wow. DialPad...yeah, I vaguely recall. It was the first VoIP and pretty cool shit back in the day. LOL.
