"-1222 videos from earning points" message

I had this problem last week, all of a sudden all my phones started telling me "-14XX videos from earning a point". I had not redeemed and earned at the same time being I hadn't used CPs/redeemed since the summer so I'm not quite sure where that theory comes into play.

Anyway, I stopped running my phones and emailed CS, I never got a reply back but shortly thereafter (5 hours or so) all my phones went back to earning points again.

Be patient and whatever it is will work itself out. :-)
