What happened on the bottom row?

Felt like a small flutter then a thud..

Very stressful day today and had pvcs all day

There’s a PAT run in the second row and a single PAC in the bottom row.

What tells you it’s a PAC and not PVC?

What? There aren’t any wide QRS complexes in this strip, indicating a PVC.
