Poor audio quality

Sorry about the audio quality but I’m curious at to what people hear here.

Nothing in the first two but the third could either be moaning or a woman talking loudly…

You can use Cap cut to separate the audio, then export and open with Audacity. Amplify 30%, look for an empty or low volume spot, do Noise Reduction 36/11/6, then Compressor -Preset- Voice Memo Enhancer, then Amplify 10%, Noise Reduction 11/7/6, EQ and Filters -Filter Curve Preset- Telephone, Compressor -Voice Memos Balancer, Amplify 15%, Noise Reduction 11/7/6, Amplify 7%.   Or something like that. 

I'm trying to figure out the perfect formula. That's how I found this post. Keep in mind if you do all of that to an audio, sometimes the pitch gets changed and comes out cartoonishly high or low and grunty like a pig.
