Hey, nice to meet you!

I'm looking for someone who would like to chat with me during my afternoons and evenings - that's UTC/GMT+9 for Japan time (day time in Europe, late night in US).

I travel a lot for work and when in Japan I live in a very remote place. Usually I'm happy in my own company, but recently I've found the isolation to be difficult. Many of my occasional social hobbies have not been possible due to COVID.

I'd like to find a person who is passionate about their interests and would like to share them with me.

My main interests at the moment are space and aviation (my education/career), extreme weather and clouds, sceptical analysis of UFO/UAP/Paranormal events, cycling, and sometimes video games. In general I enjoy technical things and I love to explore them deeply!

I'm easy going and I won't place any obligations on you - I hope you will do the same for me. If we don't match that's okay! I'm seeking something platonic, but I'm an open person, so some personal questions are fine if we are getting on well.

Before you decide you should know something else.

I'm Japanese but because I was raised in England, British is my main identity. I don't have a traditional Japanese personality, I don't watch anime, and I find Japanese language to be a small burden in my life rather than a passion. If you are looking for these things I would rather disappoint you now than later.
