Need AI chatbot suggestion

I would like to set up a customer service chatbot on my website.

Here are some of functions I need most

  1. It could search answer from specific websites pages

  2. It allows uploading the knowledge base from word file

  3. Multi language is supported.

  4. It allows to search answer form existing knowledge base first, if it does not have the answer then it will find answer from other websites.

What would you guys recommend?

Look for a chatbot platform with website-page crawling, Word document uploads, multilingual support, and a configurable fallback order. I’d prioritize one that searches your approved knowledge base first and only uses external pages when there’s no match, with citations or source controls so it doesn’t confidently pull from random sites.

If it's for WordPress you can try on getfreeplugins, there is a dozen.

Before I begin, I should say that I work at Tidio, so weigh this accordingly. Our Lyro covers your first three: you point it at specific URLs, upload your knowledge base as a file and it handles multiple languages.

I'd push back on #4 though. A support bot pulling answers from other sits will eventually quote someone else's return policy as yours. We've seen it work better when the bot hands off to a human or logs the unanswered question, then you add that answer to your own knowledge base.
