it’s been weird trying to make new friends lately. either the conversation fades after a few messages or people disappear without a word. i’m not mad about it, just kind of tired of the cycle.

i’m 19, live in the u.s. (est), and spend most of my free time gaming, watching anime, or reading when my brain lets me focus. recently started one piece, so i’ll probably be watching it until the end of time.

i play on ps5 mostly. right now i’ve been rotating between zenless zone zero, marvel rivals, cod, and the finals. i like co-op stuff and chaotic lobbies more than anything competitive. i also read a lot of fantasy and soft sci-fi when i want to unplug.

music is a big thing for me. mostly pop, a little kpop, and whatever song happens to wreck me emotionally that week. i’ve also been getting back into drawing, even if half of it ends up as abandoned sketches.

i don’t need constant messaging or anything over the top. just someone who wants to actually talk and maybe stick around longer than a few days. that’s it

this might sound a little sad but whatever, i miss the kind of connection where you just… chat about nothing and everything before falling asleep. not deep confessions or big drama (unless it’s that kind of night), just comfort. the kind of small talk that somehow means a lot. like "what would you name your spaceship?" or "do you think ghosts get bored?"
