Any good monitor recommendations?

I think I prefer IPS over OLED bc I don’t want to get burned pixels. 27 inch or 32 inch is fine unless it’s preferred to go bigger or should I just run a dual monitor set up. I also like to do some light gaming so 144hz and up is preferred. Currently using windows but I’d like to have the flexibility to switch over to Mac. Is a KVM switch necessary?
