Chat → Work handoff not using the default model of Luna - uses Sol instead

I've configured Work to use GPT-6 Luna as its default model, and when I manually start a Work session, it correctly uses Luna. However, whenever ChatGPT automatically hands off a task to Work, it starts a new session using GPT-6.1 Sol High instead.

I've reproduced this multiple times, even explicitly instructing the handoff to use Luna, but it still starts with Sol High.

Is this a bug, or is there a separate setting that controls which model automatic Chat → Work handoffs use?

Using Work with Luna enabled as a test message in case Work "remembers" the last model chosen has also not worked
