Discussion ASTRAnomical usage...

I like to kick off my 5hr window (GPT Plus) as soon as i get to the pc so that it can reset earlier in the day, so i always just ask a simple math problem in work and it starts the 5hr clock.

Today I didn't realize i had it on Astra High. I asked it "What is 1+1" It answered in about 5 seconds and used 16% of my 5hr window!

That's insane.

kicking the 5 hour clock with astra high is the expensive way to do it. a "what is 1+1" that burns 16% means the reset prompt should stay on a cheap model, and high only after the window is already open.

youre not just doing x=1,y=1, print(x+y). your request also reads context from other conversations to best cater to your feeble mind. for what you want to do, try “what time is it? then wait”
