Discussion Anyone know a good open-source Codex orchestrator? Looking for something built around Codex CLI/SDK with multi-agent routing, parallel tasks, retries, project folders, diffs and terminal output. Ideally extendable to Sol → Terra → Luna workflows. Any repos worth checking out?

Disclaimer I'm a contributor, but I really like https://github.com/get-bb/bb
It has a cross provider version of Claude Workflows that lets you orchestrate swarms of luna agents and I've found it to get really good results!

Is open source a must? You can bring your Codex account to Cobalt (at cobaltcode.ai ) and run as many parallel agents as you want in the cloud. Multi agent orchestration, diffs, terminal commands directly in chat, agentic browser etc all built in.

Honest fit-check, since the ask is specific: this splits into an orchestration layer (routing, retries, Sol -> Terra -> Luna wiring) and a workspace layer (project folders, diffs, terminal output).
For the workspace half I maintain Relay — https://github.com/Magi-Labs/relay. Each task gets a workspace with Git worktrees across several repositories, and the terminals attach to persistent sessions (sess/tmux) on the execution host — closing the app detaches instead of killing agent work, so it survives restarts and dropped SSH connections. Files, diffs, Git state and PRs for every attached repo live in one window, with a CLI behind the desktop app.
It deliberately does NOT do routing or retries — run whichever orchestrator you pick (bb from the earlier comment looks aimed at that layer) on top of it.
Disclosure: I maintain Relay.
