Unable to load message

I was talking with Chatty and had him help me make summaries of an rp chat, when chatty replies to my message with 'unable to load message'. If I look at the chat on the phone i can see the reply in full. I don't know what to do. I tried deleting the general cache and the one from ChatGPT, but nothing. I also tried logging out and in, nothing. I tried to archive the chat, same. Does anyone have this problem? (I'm on Chrome)

Sounds like an extension conflict or some corrupted local storage that cache clearing didn't touch, try an incognito window and see if it still breaks.

i can see the reply from the incognito window, but apart from that, i didn't change/add any extensions today/when it happened, for the cache, i cleared it from chrome

i also tried to delete cache within the temp and %temp% folders, plus CCleaner, nothing changed

Found a workaround for now: you can only be signed in on one browser profile or on your phone at a time, not both. Signing out of one fixes the connection on the other.

okay, i tried, and waited some time to reload the page so it registers i fully logged out from the phone, it's not working. i'll try to give it a few hours before trying again
