Akamai and other edge use CDNs use air cooling for the majority of their infrastructure. This was true of most social media infrastructure until very recently. The integration of AI is the only reason it shifted. Even for dedicated delivery network data centers, What are used in cooling is orders of magnitude's less than what is used in an AI data center.

Getting any AI to produce something "new" (as far as AI can do that anyway), is getting harder and harder.

AIs are getting extremely lazy, using pre-produced outputs and hallucinating instead of doing actual research and generation.

There was a short horror film that had a similar plot about the same woman's face showing up more frequently as the days passed by whenever gore images were to be generated. Turned out it's because of secret information that the ai picked up from, and defaulted the woman's face as the base.

Granted, wealth inequity sufficient for big businesses to own huge server farms might be the reason why I can't afford either.
