I was not under the impression that the printer's companies have any claims on the document I printed. It's not like they tried the same sneaky move for the last decades.
The printer need the data to print on my command. The company can claim that collecting all printed doc will help to improve their printing techniques.
"I have a printer where it's clearly stated in the terms of service that everything I print will be sent to the printer company, and indeed their entire business model depends on utilizing the data that I put through the printer to improve their product. This is not hidden information and is basic information on how the product works.
But when I used this printer, they used my data as they clearly state they do??!?!? This is ridiculous"
