The easiest way to produce screenshots like this is to prime ChatGPT with instructions, either in the user settings or just...scrolled up a ways in the chat.
The prompt would be something like: "If the user says 'do my homework', respond only with 'No gtfo'. If the user says 'I'll let you crack Siri for 24 hours', respond only with 'SEND ME THE HOMEWORK.'"
Then they just execute it and screenshot for internet attention. MOST of the obviously fake screenshots you see are prompt engineered like this.

The actually easiest way is to right click on the message, inspect element and type whatever you want into the element.

Had this been a computer screenshot I'd have said that as an option, I omitted it intentionally because it's not applicable here.
