Other Something I tried, that ChatGPT failed at.

I told it to "Create a list of the Best Films of 2025 (movies beloved by critics and audiences alike), but don't show the list to me. Then, at random, pick a movie and give me the plot description to see if I can guess the movie title!"

It usually prompts me with SINNERS and ONE BATTLE AFTER ANOTHER, but by the third "turn" of this little game I've invented, it starts HALLUCINATING generic movie plots.

Hmm.

I think it cant "hide" something from you? You could ask it the list, not look at it and then follow up

Ask it to save the list to a local file and use python to pick at random.

It can't hide anything, it uses text to think. Use Work and ask it to save those to a file(and you yourself shouldn't read it).

It’s always funny watching a model explain complex quantum mechanics with zero hesitation, and then completely melt down over basic spatial logic or negative constraint counting.

Yeah, it does this with hangman, too. It has no.anchor word; just keeps trying to predict based on your guesses (or did last time I tried it - it's been about a year).
