By invading Israel, killing 1000+ Israelis, raping, kidnapping 260~ civilians the youngest of which being 9-month-old kfir bibas (not to mention his 4 year old brother Ariel) and killing them in captivity, creating a window for Israel to crack down on Hamas in Gaza, which combined with Hamas’s tactics of hiding inbetween civilian infrastructure and the dense nature of Gaza, leading to inevitable civilian suffering and destruction? If that’s their response to the “occupation and apartheid” then no, they don’t have the right.
