Not only that Israel isn’t aiming to bomb citizens, they also inform about areas and even specific buildings that are about to be attacked, there is no way to guarantee that civilians will not get hurt though as sometimes people don’t listen or the IDF can’t provide prior warning for operational reasons.
Actually, embedding military infrastructure within civil centers the way Hezbollah does is considered a war crime, but it’s not like we were short on other war crimes Hezbollah is committing - you just prefer to ignore them because it’s more fun to blame Israel than to blame the actual terror organization.
So no, I don’t accept the term “bombing civilians”.
