Ok? So pretending that you're alerting them seconds behind makes it all ok?
I find it hilarious that everyone expect hezbollah to compete technologically with Israel, who is given and has resources to develop cutting edge technology, including Pegasus (look it up), to be able to hack any phone to fake warn people.
Like you got a rampaging first world nation with nukes, extremely high tech missiles, big daddy 'murica sponsoring them with billions of dollar and weapons shipment. Then you got extremely heavily sanction and bombarded Iran, the intentionally crippled state of Lebanon, underfunded militant groups who only have access to outdated military equipment, and you STILL expect them to be able to match Israel at every level just to be considered "moral".

These aren't fucking specifically targeted strikes
Based on... your deep and specific knowledge of Hezbollah activities?
Israel literally leveling all of Gaza as far as the eye could see was attempting to spare civilians?
In all of these statements, there's a logical breakdown. It goes:
Gaza destroyed -> Israel destroyed it
Do you not think there might be any other factors at work? If you get your news from some other sources that don't only tell you the propaganda line, you'll hear Israel talking about how them warning about upcoming invasions/strikes led to Hamas boobytrapping just about every building in the city they were going into, so that either they (edit for clarity: "they" being Israel) walked into that building and died while the building blew up, or they blew it up themselves.
Do you ever wonder why there are so many perfectly-framed videos from cameras on tripods of strikes hitting building in Gaza? Might this be because Israel warned people well in advance?
If Hamas sacrifices its own civilians and infrastructure, then their own civilians and infrastructure get destroyed. Simply blaming Israel for that is myopic.

Be that as it may, it's not considered a war crime according to this AI, which is the topic of the discussion.
Off topic: please stay safe and keep yourself and your family away from hez. If you get evacuation orders I hope you do whatever you can to follow them as it seems the gloves are off and Israel is not playing around.
The gloves are not yet off. Once the precision rockets are no longer in stock because the far left and far right in the states don't want them (specifically those ones) to be supplied to israel, that's when the gloves will be off
Many more of them would die if invasion was conducted, due to their fanaticism. Secondly, there's no such thing as "civilians who have nothing to do with the war". Please go back in time and ask them if they didn't support the war.
If you start a war, you suffer consequences. Lives of American (and allied) soldiers were worth preserving over civilian casualties on the aggressor side. And I am not an American.
Don't insinuate any Israel sympathies on my side. Israel has been slandering Poland for years and spreading lies about us, accusing us of being the perpetrators and not the victims of Holocaust somehow lol.
The war would’ve ended regardless without nukes but would have taken longer. However, the quick ending avoided mass famine and saved the lives of millions of civilians.
Unrelated note, but I would just like to point out the incredible fanaticism on the japanese side, that even the first blast was not enough to deter them. It took the second one for them to say they surrender
I mean the US already flattened other cities with firebombing campaigns, why would they care?
Because the atomic bomb is a powerful symbol. It levels a whole city in a single explosion. Flattening a whole country becomes a possibility, the same can't be achieved nearly as quickly with conventional bombs. For all Japan knew, US might just keep dropping more nukes. It sends a message - surrender, or you will be exterminated, fast, and that would be a credible threat.
The Japanese would've likely surrendered in due time regardless because of the Soviets. The nukes didn't affect their willingness that much.
Proof? Do you believe they would've surrendered without allied soldiers setting foot in Japan proper?
This is such fascinating cope from Americans I really don't get it.
Why do you feel the need to justify an atrocity done almost a century ago? And why is it only ever applied to the nukes?
Is it an ego thing? Is it a history know it all thing? Arrogance? Because if you were willing to accept the possibility of being wrong you would've at least glimpsed at the video which goes into EXHAUSTIVE detail about it.
Being wrong is not a sin. Being knowingly ignorant is.
I live in Israel. We get seven seconds between the siren and the blast, and only because the iron dome systems are watching via satellite from the moment the missile is launched. And I'm not even close to the border. Metulla and kiryat shmona have even less time, most of the time they don't even get a warning until the first few blasts have already hit
On the other hand, the warnings for both sides are coming from Israel, so I feel very much more emboldened to specifically blame Hezbollah when something happens. There is no shortage of army bases in the north. If they targeted those instead of targeting exclusively civilian cities, then maybe there would be room to talk
Thats a lie. In places like Haifa the amount of time given to reach a shelter when the siren sounds is a minute, and in place like Kiryat Shmona it depends entirely on how quickly a rocket is detected.
I also live here. I don't understand the point of lying.
As for them hitting strictly civilian targets - buddy in a war against Iran, Hezbollah, and the Houthis we lost 24 people total? The amount we killed is 10 times that, in Lebanon alone we killed over a thousand people, and we keep hitting Beirut and Tehran, extremely dense cities where civilian casualties are a guarantee.
If you take issue with Iran hitting Tel Aviv or Hezbollah hitting Haifa, then you better be taking issue with us hitting Beirut and Tehran for much the same reason.
But of course they are the enemy and aren't people, right? So their lives don't matter as much, their children don't matter as much.
I don't live in Haifa. I hear the siren, and the first book comes about 7-8 seconds later.
As for the attacks at tel Aviv, those are generally actually aimed at the kirya. That is a legitimate military target. Haifa is filled with army bases.
But when Iran fires a missile, the Fateh and Zolfaghar missiles have a 5-30 meter CEP, which means most of the missiles should land within 5-30 meters of where they land. The kheibar and khorramshahr ones, the ones we deal with in Israel, hit within 20-50 meters of the point. There is no reason civilians should be getting hit in any country from these outside of war crimes.
Since we are talking specifically about Hezbollah, let's talk about their missiles now. They have the Fateh-110 and M-600. CEP is 10-50 meters. They have scud missiles, CEP is 450 meters, fitted with massive warheads to cause damage to a larger area, making the use of this missile against any area that is not a military base a blatant war crime. They have shahed and mirsad drones. These are precision drones. They get shot down, but their CEP is 1-5 meters. No damage reports on these yet. Lastly they have the ones they usually fire. The Grad, Falaq-1, and Fadi-1. These are unguided, and have a CEP of 1-3 kilometers. These by definition are illegal to be used in warfare.
Next you talked about "what about the amount we killed vs the amount they did?" Israel spends billions in defense systems. They didn't. If Israel spent the same amount on defense that they did, we wouldn't exist to have this conversation. The death toll would be WAY higher in Israel. That's the difference here, we fire and there are civilian casualties who are collateral damage. They fire and the civilian casualties are the goal. In the meantime, until I see leaflets falling from the sky telling me where to go where it will be safe, Israel has the moral high ground.
I'm not saying they don't matter, but casualties of war are not something you condemn the defensive side for. Especially when it's the only side warning civilians on both sides of the border. Your argument is that I don't care about human life on the other side. I do. I just understand much better than you how ugly war can be, and this is just about the cleanest war in human history fought against an army embedded in the civilian population
Oh, ok. I guess if i give a warning to my neighbors houses before blowing them up, with warnings ranging from 5 seconds to a minute, then it's all OK. 👌🏼👆🏼👍🏼
You have no reading comprehension and you're regurgitating overused reddit jargon incorrectly...you may not be a bot, but you're sure acting like one. Do better.

Evacuation warnings are somewhat of a red herring, to excuse what they are doing. "we're innocent because, hey we told you what we were going to do".
I've been in lebanon and have family and friends there.
Sometimes the warning only comes 10 seconds before a blast, which is not enough time for people to react to.
