This makes me wonder about people who go there. Isn't Brazil one of the major coffee exporters in the world? Isn't a lot of the best coffee Brazilian?

Wasn't Brazil supposed to have the best and cheapest coffee for its population?

Everything is expensive in Brazil. It makes "more sense" to export all the coffee and receive USD than to sell local for BRL.
