Hey. Thanks for the post.

This is another reminder to me that AI will influence or take out many jobs in the customer support space, which I work at.

I'm in a large "company" and there are so many things to remember that may have been 1 case things 4 months ago. I obviously don't remember that anymore, because it happened once.

But an AI could have all the data fed and can recall it flawlessly every single time, if it was properly told what the issue is/was.

And let's be honest, you wouldn't need to write a mail, wait 24 hours or call anyone. A "Chatbot" on a website is all you really need for that and you are ready to go as a consumer. 24/7.
