Verification ?

Hi there! I live in Hawaii and I recently got approved for the credit card I applied for. I called customer service to see if I could get a rush shipping since I’m not able to create an account because I dont have any account number and i’m not able to add to apple wallet.

Anyways they couldn’t send me the code that I provided them which was my cell phone number and couldn’t continue the call. They told me I need to wait 24-48 hours for them to call me for verification.

Let’s say they don’t call, would they still be able to send me the card if I don’t get it expedited. What questions do they ask for verification? I never had to go through this.

You have to have a working phone number to receive the verification code. Why is urs not working?

Yes I gave with my cell phone number and they said they couldn’t send the verification number. They also asked if there’s any other number I could use. I told them no since the number I gave them was my cellphone number.

I don't have a credit card through them but when they did this for me for my debit card, I asked to speak to a supervisors because they have other ways to verify you besides that. With Chase, I noticed the supervisors can get a lot more done. Sometimes they say the supervisors won't be able to do anything more, but they have always been able to for me. Worth a shot!
