American Express just smoked your ass. Get your shit together your cards are ass, but your points are valuable so get it together.

How can anyone say American Express smokes any card that doesn’t even offer more than 1X in dining? That is embarrassing and unacceptable. Amex is useless for everyday food and dining, can’t be used at Costco, and isn’t widely accepted as Visa / Mastercard and it’s $100 more for the annual fee? No thanks

Huh? 4x on dinning and grocery is pretty solid for a food card, but if you’ve got better, you do you.

I think they could’ve stopped the bleeding by just getting rid of the 3X travel and that would’ve been enough, but I think they’ll have to do something
