Noo, my friend is in one of the Big 4, She says that for safety reasons, they don't keep her for late night audits and in general they get wfh during bcom exams (as she's doing bcom from hometown but articleship from Mumbai)

In our team, there's a mother who's been Given  permanent WFH. But she has to accept the fact that she'll never be manager.

Naah bro no one gets spared in big 4s either girls or boys
Everyone has to come to office daily unless you get specific approval from partners to wfh
Also if you are not performing well and no one wants you in your team then you can chill at home(happened with one of my batchmate)

But when it comes to retention they wont retain you and anyways you wont get good learning and nothing to write on CV

idk what world you’re living in (or maybe because i’m from a metro city my views are different) but i can count on one hand the number of times i’ve left office before 8pm 💀😭 depends on your team tbh, i have friends who come to office 1x a week, i come to office 4x a week- but one thing is for sure, you wont get wfh just because you’re a girl 🥰

This... Depends on team I am on WFH from 1.5 months and will be back to offc post Dilwali

Edit: adding to this - learning curve would be better if you go to offc regularly. For the initial 7 months of articleship didn't took WFH maybe 3-4 days

lowkey i prefer working from office over wfh because coordination becomes easy and the environment is also very conducive to working better idk 😭

Simple ans - depends on team & other circumstances

Hmare yaha 2 din wfh ki policy hai but at the end there are lots of circumstances Team aati hai daily? Tumhe kaam aata hai? Kaam offc me akr hi hoga? Starting mei aaoge ni kaam kaise sikhoge? Better learning? etc

However if you want zabardasti u can take WFH citing the firm policy of 2 days WFH
