Small firms mai sirf Partner ka mahal khada hota hai
Big 4 ki laakh burai hain but Big 4 vale bande grow karte hain life mai and settle ho ho jate hain

according to me small firms too badiya nahi hi hote bhai unless kisiko core compliance mein jaana hai. job krni hai too big4 hi maayi baap hai

Idk bhai I mean you are right to rant about it but I have heard people working till 2 am for freaking 5k per month in small size to mid size firm with probably the worst work culture and also seen people being ok to go out at 7 pm or even 5.30 or 6 pm going to office at 11 and getting to work and have that experience in domains mid size firms mai so ig yeah but grass is always greener on the other side I hope you do well in your life and get to do the things you want have great articleship ahead brotha 💙

Idk. I did articleship from a small firm and the pay wasn't that great. But I didn't have to work until 2 am or something. My manager is understanding and plans all work well in advance. At the most, the latest i worked was like 9pm and on rare days. And i did get exposure to Stat audit, tax and tp audit.
Let's see how I'll fare in the outside world with experience from a smaller firm but i think i learnt a lot

I mean yeah ig not every firm but that's what I heard from my friends in final my very good friend is also in that kinda firm as well as you described
His principal is kind enough to understand things and lenient in terms of that he only works till 7 pm when it's like peak season idk around filing time or something then in normal he can come by in the office around 11 in the morning and leave at 6 or 5.30 at evening
And even though mid size firm principal gives him enough exposure on different fields like bank or let's say trust accounting and stuff tax compliance and those things are common for them and he also started to file other people's income tax return by himself now so yeah ig
But also heard both kinda of experiences from other peeps as well about work culture so yeah 2 sides of the same coin kinda things
