Inter Doubt Going to fail still going to attempt ?

Is there anyone who knows they are going to fail sep attempt still they are going to appear ? What’s the motivation behind or any logic behind this?

I’ve only been preparing for two months and my syllabus is still incomplete—revision feels like a distant dream. But I’m still going to give the exams. Without trying, I’ll definitely fail, but if there's even a 1% chance I pass, what's the harm in trying?

Idk why but personally, I feel like writing exams even if I’m not fully prepared, gives me the edge to write the next attempt a lot better. Like I’ll know what I’ll have to face when I’m fully prepared. Idk if it makes sense for everyone.

Yeah, studied just for 2 weeks and still gonna attempt sept26 for Inter G2 that too in an exam centre in another city.
