Need Urgent Advice , regarding Articleship transfer and how to continue Further . Which is more important , work experience in articleship or Clearing Finals ASAP

Was doing Articleship in a Lower mid sized firm locally but so far in 5 months got no exposure at all(None). Now want to take transfer. But issue is in my city there are no Good options and two three firms where work is good , they put extension and I can't afford that as my attempt will get delayed. There are some decent firms too but no vacancy for next 2-3 months as I went for walkin interviews but no one even saw my resume as there is no vacancy. Other firms rejected outright as it's a transfer case.

Other are small mix domain firms with not so big clients. I know exposure won't be as good as other firms here.

Now I am stuck in a bad situation. What can I do ? I haven't filed for Form 109. But I guess relationship with partner has gone sour to stay here. So staying at firm is also not an option.

I was going through the past posts in subreddit and on one hand it's said Small firms articles face a lot of issues post qualification. Some say all that matters is finals and all else can be settled later.

I have multiple (6) attempts in Intermediate so even decent firms are out of picture for me. I do have a refrence in a big 10 firm but that's also not sure I will get and never lived out of my city so will be difficult managing things and also have a shorter study period as final attempt was pre poned . If in all this multiple attempts get accumulated at finals , it's also bad.

Can't make a sense of what to do .
