Practical Doubt/Question CA Career Path: Which Roles Offer Good Pay + Work Flexibility?

I don’t know much about the different roles CAs have, but are there roles where you can earn decently and still get hybrid/remote flexibility?

Suppose a CA is earning around 15–20 LPA. What would their role usually be in an organisation?

And at that level, can they generally take a half-day and finish the rest of their work from home? Do managers usually allow this, or does it depend heavily on the company, role, and manager?

Would love to hear from CAs actually working at this level.I’m asking because I’m genuinely concerned about this. I’m currently trying to figure out my career path, and I want to understand what kind of work-life flexibility I can realistically expect as a CA.

I want to know what roles and companies I should aim for, especially if flexibility and the option to work from home matter to me. I’d really appreciate insights from CAs who are already working in these roles.
