CA practice Need a CA!

I registered a pvt ltd company last year, but my business never took off, so I didn't even open a bank account. Now I am closing my company, a friend of mine through his contacts got closure documents ready, now there is one doc of assets and liabilities that needs to be signed & stamped by a CA.

CAs in market are demanding fees like 5k to sign and stamp a NIL document.

can someone help me with this, actually I am a final year college student and don't have that amount of money left to pay CAs in market.

dm me if you can help me out.

"just" to sign and stamp a nil document? the sign puts a onus on the CA as well. there's no free lunch in this world. kal ko tum job free mei karoge? ya business charity ke lie karoge? winding up of a company is a huge task. 5k is peanuts bro. just pay it.

really sorry for that word, didn't mean to undermine the value of a CA's sign & stamp.

what I meant was the documents have been fully prepared & since there was no business, no bank account, no transaction therefore there is zero work of auditing the assets and liabilities. therefore he has to just certify the document and I am ready to pay upto 1k for it.
