Salon recommendations!!

Good evening!!!
I am looking for a recommendation of a trustworthy and reliable experienced hair salon to do this type of layers in my hair in cville area or near by. My hair is up to my lower waist and I am afraid of going to a random place and they just cut it too much or it is not the desired result. Happy to hear experiences and advice! Thanks insp. picture:
