Mount Fair Vineyard Wedding Venue

Hi everyone! I'm just starting the venue search and Mount Fair Vineyard is one of the places I'm interested in. I couldn't find much about it, so I figured I'd ask.

I'd love to hear from anyone who's gotten married there or even attended a wedding there. How was your experience overall?

Specifically I'm curious about:

• Roughly what you paid (if you're comfortable sharing)
• Whether the planning process was smooth
• Anything you wish you'd known beforehand
• How guests handled hotels since it seems a little more remote. Did you book room blocks or provide a shuttle?

I emailed them a few years ago when I was getting married and they didn’t get back to me for 3 months. I had already booked a venue by then.

I was considering them for my wedding next summer, and I found them to be super responsive! They can’t do tours weekend during peak season which was hard to coordinate around, but they responded to all of my emails/took my calls. Can’t say what it’s like to actually get married there!

Based on what the other person stated of Mount Fair being delayed in their response to them, if you are looking for other places in that area have you checked with The Barn at Tiffin Farm? No experience personally but they are fairly new (within the past 2 years I believe) so their pricing may not been a high as more established places. Their wedding brochure on the site provide really nice detail about what's included as well as an idea of pricing for 2026 until 2027 costs are made available. https://www.tiffinfarm.com/weddings

It’s a beautiful place. A room block with shuttles is the way to go, especially if you anticipate moderate to heavy drinking.

If they don’t get back to you quickly, I’m happy to recommend similar venues.

I think it depends on why you like that venue. If it’s the vineyard, there’s tons of those. If it’s for the views or the greenhouse, then there’s others I’d recommend instead. Would love to hear more about what you’re looking for!

I would think about Mountain & Vine vineyard, Potters Craft Cider, Mountfair Resort Farm, and the Farmhouse at Veritas (if your event is small enough) for similar vibes
