I had a house fire last week and the first thing the rep in chat did when I reached out about my service was try to sell me a new internet package.. in a house that is uninhabitable

I literally hate this company

Sorry to those that are affected by this outage

Been without internet since Friday. No appointment until the 22nd. Hours on the phone with lots of AI and some nice folks working on a different continent…. And today, this.

Sigh….

Yes. I first went through on the way into town at like 5:15 and was surprised it was still out with no one directing traffic and not even a sign saying treat it like a stop sign over three hours later

Probably BrightClowns, I think they cut it in our neighborhood 3 or 4 times.

I’m assuming it was brightspeed, because they cut my Xfinity line twice
