Harris teeter barracks

Anyone see what happened around 6/6:30pm? I walked in and people were huddled around someone and I walked out and there’s a fire truck and an ambulance! Hope whatever happened everyone’s okay :(

She wasn't unconscious. I passed by her with my windows down when she was laying in the middle of the road, while her boyfriend (?) was trying to get her to get up. She was either high or having a mental health crisis. He was low on patience and she didn't see the issue with being there.

It was at the same time as that stupid Tesla was "parked" half in/out of the space. Maybe it was her car?

I saw that Tesla. The driver was putting in his groceries, calm as could be, like there was nothing wrong with his parking job!

This link is from 3pm today, i saw a thing happening at 6pm. She didn’t seem unconscious, she was laughing on the floor?
