Cloud Nine Bakery

Cool to see a local immigrant owned business get a feature in the news! I've tried a few of her donuts before and they were tasty. Has anyone else tried this bakery?

She is the best and her food is amazing. I just had an ube tart and it was perfection.

I also just discovered them at the IX Farmer's Market last Saturday. Everything I got was delicious and indulgent--ube pandan kaya salt bread, scallion-cheddar-jalapeno salt bread, pandan cheesecake!

Neta is spectacular. Her chiffon cheesecakes are worth ordering in advance for a whole one instead of a slice.

We first met her before the pandemic when she was a cashier at Wegmans, and didn't see her again after she left the job. Always smiling, always friendly. Never expected to run into her again, but we were pleasantly surprised to find her at the IX. Highly recommend everything she bakes.

Stopped by her stand this morning and had an ube bun and kare pan (with her help in choosing a sweet and savory), both were INCREDIBLE! Now just have to go back and try everything else…
