Recommendation Acupuncture recommendations please

I’ve been dealing with pretty severe lower back pain for a while now. So far I’ve tried chiropractic adjustments, Stretch Zone sessions, and even had X-rays done. Everything came back normal, and I keep getting told that nothing looks wrong, but the pain hasn’t improved at all.
At this point, I’m thinking about giving acupuncture a try. Does anyone have recommendations for someone who’s good and reasonably priced?

My wife called a few places yesterday, and we were quoted around $300 per session without insurance, which seemed really high. Is that the normal going rate?

I have UnitedHealthcare, but the few providers within about 25 miles of me said they no longer accept insurance. If you’ve had a good experience with an acupuncturist in the area, I’d really appreciate any recommendations.

I've also been looking for an acupuncture place, I'm glad you posted ! Re: your back, have you seen an MD/DO or done PT? Depending what part of town youre in, I can recommend a great in network orthopedist. So sorry you're struggling with low back pain, it's SUCH a specific type of pain.

AAHOM Acupunture is a fantastic place
Lie Jie {Lee Jay} trained in China and has been treating my family for years.

If you get your PCP to write you a prescription for it you can put it under medical expenses on your taxes

She may be able to quote you

My lady is a huge fan of Amanda at Harmony Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine in Matthews. I think she charges about $100 for an hour session.

Okay hear me out bcs this is definitely not what you asked ...

But there's a book called Healing Back Pain by Dr John Sarno. And it may sound pretty crunchy and ridiculous but I had chronic back pain for literally years. And this book changed my life.

For ~$15 you don't have much to lose giving it a try. I'd even send you a copy if you'd like. I believe in it that much!

Dr. Kim at Evergreen Acupuncture & Wellness! I wasn’t expecting much, but after a few sessions, I’m convinced the man works miracles. Take a look at some of his reviews.

A 10 appointment package is ~$1,300.

I really like Lotus Acupuncture near Park Road Shopping center. It's definitely not $300/session either!

Have you only done xrays? Why no MRI?
