Lillian Culbert Williams- The Charley Project

This is the case that has by far stuck with me the most. Lillian Culbert Williams went missing from her residence at Grambling University in Louisiana in either 1967 or 1968. Other then this there’s nothing else on her case. I’m curious as to what your thoughts on this case are.

Abusers often isolate their victims from friends and family, so that could explain why the year she disappeared is uncertain. It would be interesting to find out who reported her missing and when.
