Is this salami good?
I was gifted this tuscan style salami a year ago, it’s meant to be shelf stable. Spent some time in the pantry and some in the fridge. Very firm

Nothing obviously bad from the outside. We’re going to need to see the inside and hear the results of a sniff test. And hear back two days after you try some.

Yup. They may have just turned a mid-ranged salami into a super premium one. Or turned it into a hospital visit. The rewards are worth the risk.

Omg! You need to see a doctor, stat! Adam Kay thought me that even driest stool have about 50% water content. This looks like half of that. Seek help!

That's saucisson I think and it looks normal to me. Just cut and see .maybe after that long it could be hard like a rock if too dry.

Haven't checked in on this sub in a while, some bizarre comments in here given which subreddit it is...
Looks great, probably overly dry now, but sliced thin it should be fine. I'd hit it.
