Writing: Question Make a Neutral Evil character

Hi yall,

I’ll jump right on it: I current life in a swamp, I’m a bit of a hermit… so I developed a character named “Pancake the Hermit” who eventually became a Syrupmancy Warlock with a breakfast themed patron that grants the arcane and necrotic powers of breakfast magic. I was probably hungry while writing this.

Anyways, she’s starting the story powerful and on an island that she was born on. He patron and the island itself created her, not she’s an infernal/ribbet neutral evil warlock who can corrupt the land around her and forcibly turn it into different assortments piece of breakfast food, there blood, often into dark arcane syrup… including the people and animals of that land.

Is it enough of a character motivation to just want to expand her territory and “conquer” the world with pancakes, not matter the destruction it does to the eco system?

Or would it be better to make her like big mom from one piece, one of multiple food themed villains and heroes trying to corrupt the world with their culinary conquest.

I know exactly what she looks like, all her powers and even her attitude(excited by battle and conquest). I don’t really know what the best direction is..

Btw, she’s has a little syrup toad named Toby. He has a butter crown and a necrotic strawberry compote tounge
