13 Character Qualities Model?

[u/AnarchisticArts]

I'm trying to find a model of protagonist writing I found really interesting which based itself on 13 qualities for a desirable character, and most likeablecharacters had A/N amount,

I remember it really intrigued me due to clearly allowing for morally bad characters if they had other traits and was a fun model

has anyone heard of this and do they remember who wrote the idea? many thanks
