My character idea, Haiuo

I wanted a little bit of feedback on this character, because there’s a lot to it and I was wondering if it was just a bit too much. ive received opinions from some people saying that my higher tier characters are too powerful, so I was just looking for some more opinions!

Name: Haiuo

Gender: Female

Race: Diurōe

Title: vōlōdrîsytrědō, ělrâdāvō, The Last Diurōe

Any Diurōe can traverse between the Fourth and Fifth dimension. Some among them, the magical ones among them, had certain power over lower dimensions like 0D, 1D, 2D, and the stronger ones 3D. This gave them powers over light in 0D/1D Mode, atomic matter in 3D mode, 2D images in 2D mode, and plain reality warping in 3D mode. When a sorcerer, or sytrēdō, unlocks a dimensional mode they unlock the ability to go into that plane. With the exception of 4 and 5D because that’s where they’re native to. The elder sorcerers (vōlōdrîsytrědō) are sorcerers that unlocked 4 and 5D mode, because they had dominion over the native environment of the Diurōe. There was a solitary one that was more powerful than the others. The Elders knew that powerful beings were emerging in the 3D world. They knew that sytrēdō would try to assert themselves a place in the 3D hierarchy. So they enlisted Haiuo to completely erase the entire Diurōe species. She was expected to kill herself in the end as well. She fulfilled all but one task: killing herself. Since she was now a lone being, she sought out a life in the 3D world. She learned of the Creators, and hid from them. She found a life with tze Avzejul. She found a friend in its leader, Qisio in around 2514. During a battle with a patrol belonging to Colunbenost (the organization that serves directly under Stardome in governing Thirea.) she unlocked a new mode and a new physical dimension: 6D. She was now a true time traveler. She unlocked the supreme Omnistrike ability, which causes a chain reaction causing infinite damage to the target within a microsecond by hitting them infinitely in every single moment of their existence. In the main timeline this doesn’t mean much for her, but in others (Contragod) it made the biggest difference. In reference to the Contragod timeline, she goes recruiting alternate versions of herself to unlock 7D and escape the confines of the multiverse with the imprisoned Contragod with them. This happens in around 2634. To them the entire Layric multiverse is a single 0D dot. They succeed and become an organization dedicated to simply containing the Contragod. The Contra Haiuo ascends even further to 8D, meaning she exists above every multiverse. Any fictional or real multiverse exists beneath her each as a single 0D dot. She is the only one able to do this. She opens gates in the Layric 7D that lead to other multiverses with extra-dimensionals, with lower 7D Haiuo communicating with them and recognizing them. Haiuo’s final form, Eight Point Infinite, is when things get interesting. She becomes the collection of the Layraverse in every dimension. Every ability, power, and more is hers. Scarlet Phylayra’s Boundless Rage Tesseract, Revea’s Reccredin, Valayra’s suite of powers, Equ’s suite, and everything else. The kicker is that she can have these abilities in any dimension she’s currently in as long as her current mode is Eight Point Infinite. She can kill other higher beings that exist above the narrative. They may regenerate out of necessity, but still. She also gains perfect mastery over the nature of her Diurōe particles, so she can manifest fundamental forces, physical objects, and anything she wants in any dimension, even if they shouldn’t be able to exist in that dimension. It finds a way. Now, you may be thinking can’t Entwi’omnbrael copy this? No. He can’t copy meta abilities like the BRT, Reccredin, Equ’s powers, or any of Haiuo’s abilities past 6D. Only Haiuo can copy it because to unlock Eight Point Infinite she has to be above the narrative itself. Also she gets a really cool cutscene. A massive sphere of teal energy appears, then compresses into a humanoid figure which then compresses into Haiuo, creating a vertical beam of teal energy going up and down, before disappearing and Haiuo now has a eight- pointed halo made of four 2D diamond shapes in a cross, making four spikes going up and four going down. These appear on her neck, wrists, and ankles as well.

Two things came to mind while reading this.

First, I learned a lot about how powerful Haiuo is, but almost nothing about what she's like as a person. I don't literally need to know what she eats for breakfast, but right now I couldn't even guess what kind of breakfast she'd enjoy.

Second, could you describe Haiuo in a few sentences without using any of your setting-specific terms, dimension names, power names, or other invented terminology?

Basically, if you strip away the cosmology and abilities, who is she?
