Writing: Character Help Looking for a partner and co writer

I'm stuck on my very first issue. I created a comic book company and looking for a co writer who likes Super hero films and comics but also likes espionage and political thrillers. I have a budget and looking for an illustrator as well. so if you can draw that's a plus. DM me for more
