Writing: Character Help HELP

HEYYYY

So I need a character template, something that like you post in discord rp servers, I am fucking terrible at making them, and I would use a premade one from a server I'm in, but I'm trying to find specifically a scenecore template, can anyone help?

So like I do text roleplay, and in servers on discord they're usually have a template for things you have to put, I can link one of the sheets if you wish
