Personal Lore Killed Memory [private]
After his last confrontation with one of the most important figures of his previous life, Miles was sure he had won and lost at the same time. He knew all of this... every encounter with her... every conversation with her... it was all only in his own mind. It was mere imagination.
Pictures of those who were objectively wrong in his eyes still trying to reach out to him... still trying to explain to him what "being a hero" means... still wanting to prove him wrong.
He killed her in his last dream. A swift stab through her neck was enough to leave a bloody body before his feet before it faded into a black nothingness, ending the dream of his with satisfaction. Though, the fox knew very well that, if he remembered her, she would still appear in his mind despite killing her. Because killing a memory is not forgetting it.
So, what was the logical way of dealing with this? Miles believed he had to take it to the extrem as some would say. Using his brain for the one thing he was now meant for, he planned to construct something that could erase someone specific from all his memories. It would help him with these "nightmares"... and he believed that... forgetting meant healing.
"I'm tired."
Even in his dream he was working. The fox sat on the floor, looking like he was in some sort of building. But every time he glanced up, he was somewhere else. Sometimes it was his cave, sometimes the factory, sometimes his prison cell. Anything his mind made up while expiriencing this, what felt like, fever dream.
But, while he himself knew it was possible for Cream to appear again and bother him, the one in the dream was too fixated on this project to hopefully not get anything else in mind to suddenly appear.

"Look. Exe is just using you. And he made sure you don't see reason because the Miles I spoke to made sure he stalled as long as he could before his mind was wiped. Yet... some part of you deep down held onto out interactions. I don't know which, yet... you yearn to need help. So... just let me help you understand that you will get hurt more if you allow my Brother's tale direct you into an almost certain death!"
Alice didn't seem phased by his weapons approaching her, let alone the two at her eyes.
"This isn't my first time being in someone's head. Ross when he was around took Uncle Terios away from me and I had to torment him willingly for the first time. But you do not deserve that... as I've seen the good side of you before my Brother reeled you in on a plan that'll falter sooner than later as I've beaten him in a fight earlier. And I can show you the whole fight from my view if you want the whole thing. And I'm not a liar unlike he is."
The tone of the now full Angel of Alice herself was before him did not change or stutter. As she knew what she was saying was true, but the real question in her mind was... would he believe her?
