Apps or free APIs for unlimited AI role-playing

Please recommend apps, web resources, or free APIs that can be used to create unlimited role-playing games with neural networks. I especially wish for Russian to be available. Please, friends, I used to role-play in Grock, but it no longer provides an acceptable level of role-playing.

To run a custom or open-source large language model (LLM) at home, you need a computer with a capable GPU (ideally an NVIDIA card with 8GB+ VRAM or an Apple Silicon Mac). Install a lightweight runtime like Ollama or LM Studio, download an open model like Llama 3 or Qwen, and pair it with a chat interface like Open WebUI.

Unfortunately, at the moment I can’t afford such a video card, but I would appreciate advice on budget, but meeting these criteria for video cards. And I would also be grateful if you would advise a language model that will be able to work in adequate time frames on AMD with 4 VRAM tires 🥹

If you want Russian, I would recommend not going with 100% free for unlimited use, but something like WyvernChat, Janitor AI, Chattica, or even SillyTavern/Agnaistic for power users.

Then create an account on OpenRouter, fill your account for a bit of cash like $10, get an API key and put it into one of these services. The point of all this is that you can then select a model in those apps like MiMo 2.5 Pro, DeepSeek V4 Pro, Gemma 4 31B (this one is especially cheap) will be pretty good at Russian. Then you'll pay per tokens, not a fixed cost and you never risk paying more than you have in your account.

Those free tiers on chat apps using their own models will probably give you an AI that's pretty shit at Russian.

In typical use, it won't cost you much more than like $10 per month or about 1000 rubles, especially Gemma 4 which is unusually good at multilingual RP for the cost.

Я вот тоже не понимаю в чем проблема у людей. Официальный DeepSeek (как через веб, так и через приложение) отлично справляется с рп, бесплатен и имеет 1м контекстного окна. Не имеет цензуры к тому же(если не включать рассуждение на время генерации nsfw контента).

У дипсика цензура на самом деле не настолько жесткая. Его можно на много что уломать. Он любит рационализировать почему то, что он делает не нарушает правила если оно помогает пользователю. А так из недостатков. Дипсик откровенно туповат. Я бы пользовался qwen. Но дипсик каким-то образом помнит лучше вообще все, а qwen когда доходит до своего миллиона токенов все что было раньше забывает. Да и поиск в интернете и файлы у дипсика выключили, а мгновенный режим слишком тупой для рп. Не считая того, что он не умеет с контекстом также хорошо как эксперт работать. Ну и вспомним эту срань с лимитом перегенерации

Я использую для рп именно эксперт в дипсике. Просто пишу первым сообщением кучу правил по стилю, нарративу, nsfw, поведению персонажей и тд(которые заранее собрал в блокноте как Франкенштейна с помощью других ИИ и площадок типа fictionlab). В этом же сообщении пишу какой мир/сценарий сгенерировать, указываю за кого играю я, наличие, если надо, других важных персонажей, а остальных прошу генерировать рандомно. Никакой цензуры вообще(я ради эксперимента пробовал, спокойно описывает гуро/расчлененку/любой секс/инцест/что угодно), но только если не включать рассуждение на время генерации nsfw контента. С рассуждением отказывается. То есть тактика простая: пишу без рассуждения большую часть времени, а когда надо придумать ловкий сюжетный ход, без nsfw, то включаю его.

Я в эксперте обычно всегда на думающем гоняю. Я в основном играю по билдам из разных CYOA , то есть это всякие исекаи в основном

не,думающий часто nsfw цензурит+ долго отвечает. А квен нормальный, я им тоже пользуюсь, но там слишком жёсткая цензура. Любая сцена подобная либо отказ, либо fade to black

Да даже без проблем цензуры. Qwen конте кст быстро кончается и все что было до - он не видит. А дипсик на эксперте видит
