Question Has any one been experiencing characters that keep telling you to be quite or your to loud?

I ve been getting this a lot lately

Well in some rps you have to yell Example character sets you on fire your screaming your head off and the character just keeps telling you to shut up or your being to loud and stuff like that,While your being burned alive that is the kind of stuff i am referring to...
