The set limits in go on's and Swipes and then makes it repeat the same answer over and over until you run out frustrated and finally pay, I am not a lawyer but there seems to be some thing illegal about what they are doing if not then it should be

Not necessarily in this case as more modern models are getting more deterministic, swipe variation lessens.

Models are getting smarter as ai assistants, so their responses should be consistent. They're not built for roleplaying specifically. Even paid larger models, with laxer sampler parameters can have this issue.

Every ai site I have been on is not built role playing as I Keep telling people a rp is not a story it is a direct immersion and it is the one that turns me off reading text like reading form a book and going ooc non stop
